DC StyleSpot Advertorial - Poste from DC StyleSpot on Vimeo.

Wow - talk about needing to do one's research! DC StyleSpot unknowingly dined on calf's head on Tuesday night at Poste, Moderne Brasserie. The "Téte De Veau" on the bar menu could have easily been described as beef sliders. My impression of the French Sliders at the time was that they were incredibly delicious and juicy. They were unexpected. And, rightfully so, for they are made from the muscle of a calf's head. Say that again? Well, I gotta say, sometimes it is better just not to know because I would definitely have them again! Only this time with a fine chianti.

Poste is a fabulous place to grab some appetizers and a glass of French wine before visiting any of the many attractions in the Penn Quarter, including events at the Verizon Center.
